For euro 3 Carburettor models only (pre 2017)
EGR Valves recirculate exhaust fumes back into the airbox to reduce emissions (to pass euro 3 emmisions tests) our kit allows you to remove the EGR valve completely resulting in better idle, reduced popping, cleaner intake, less clutter and reduction in weight (due to removing the egr valve) it's also a huge improvement for tuning the carburettor as it gives an accurate reading of air/fuel mixture in the exhaust system enabling a professional to tune the carburettor correctly without false readings.

Most chinese bikes with carburettors have these and also many others, we have fitted them to lexmoto, sinnis, suzuki, herald, pulse, mutt, mash, ajs and many others. They are very universal however we do not guarantee they will fit all bikes, please check yourself.
fitting instuctions: remove egr valve, follow pipe from egr valve to engine then remove bolts and fit plate, follow small hose from egr valve to intake duct or carburettor and fit small bung, follow large hose from egr valve to airbox and fit large bung.
our kit consists of:
x1 stainless steel blanking plate (30mm between mount points)
x2 stainless steel bolts
x1 vacuum bung
x1 airbox bung
p.s. please check measurements on your bike to check if the plate fits (30mm centre-centre on mount points)
