Shipping policy

All items are usually dispatched same day or next working day. We mainly use Royal Mail second class or Parcelforce. In some cases we use other companies such as UPS for international parcels.

All items are insured up to £50, for further insurance please contact us first.

Internationally: All international shipping costs are automated, if your not happy with the delivery cost please contact us and we will check the exact cost to your destination and update the shipping information to your desired country.

Charges: We are NOT liable for any charges you receive through the shipping/delivery process e.g. Customs Charges, Handling Fees, Import Duties and any other charges that may occur, these charges are out of our control.

Delays: We mostly use Royal Mail 48hrs for Shipping, this is expected to be delivered 3-4 business days (doesn not include weekends) if the parcel is delayed then the reciever must wait a further 7 working days before contacting us (this is the Royal Mail policy as we cannot start a claims process until after this time) we can then carry out the claims process for you.
