Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy:
If you no longer want the item(s), you can return the goods for a refund (15% restocking fee occurs) if you contact us via e-mail or post within 14days explaining you no longer want the items, you will also be responsible for the return postage

Returned item(s) must be delivered to us with 14days in original unopened and undamaged packaging, if products are not in the same unopened/undamaged condition there will be a further fee.

If we sent the incorrect item, we can either resent the correct item of give you a full refund (including postage) we will also pay the return postage for the incorrect item.

Any claims for missing items or damaged good MUST be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the order, any claims after this time can not be refunded or sent out.

If your goods are damaged you must email us photos of the goods including the packaging & box they are delivered in, please ensure you also send us your order number.

We are happy to give advice on fitting our products.

We do not provide warranty for incorrect fitting/installment of parts or accessories. Please ensure you use a qualified motorcycle technician if you are unsure how to install products.
