EGR Valves recirculate exhaust fumes back into the airbox to reduce emissions (to pass euro 3 emmisions tests) our kit allows you to remove the EGR valve completely resulting in increased power, better throttle response, cleaner intake, less clutter and reduction in weight (due to removing the egr valve)
This kit was made for a DirectBikes 50cc Scooter, this kit will fit many bikes/scooters with EGR Valves that do not have the small vacuum line (like the image pictured) It has the vavle on the exhaust system with 1 pipe going to the airbox.
Fitting:
Remove the EGR Valve and fit our plate with bolts and nuts provided (pictured) then follow the pipe from the valve to the airbox, remove pipe and fit rubber bung onto the airbox. Simple!
