Suzuki Bandit 600 & 1200 PAIR removal KIT.

Our kit consists of:
x4 Stainless Steel blanking plates
x8 Stainless steel Flange nuts (other options available)
x1 5-6mm vacuum bung
x1 12mm Airbox bung

PAIR systems are fitted on motorcycles to reduce emissions to pass emissions laws, as they do not do emissions test on motorcycles for MOT's they are 100% MOT friendly. Many people blank these off to make their bikes look and run better.

We have been fitting PAIR system removal kits and EGR Blanking kits to bikes for months now with huge success, many people report performance improvements, while others notice little gains however less popping and smoother running. Only a couple said it makes little to no difference however still reduces weight and cleans your motorcycle up. Also there is one less thing to fail therefore increasing reliability and as they are stainless steel they will not rust.

these fit the Suzuki Bandit 600 (ones with PAIR Systems) They may fit other models such as bandit 1200, gsxf 600 etc... bikes with Oil Cooled Lump.  However Please check yourself first.

Under your exhaust pipes will be small pipes from each cylinder, remove these pipes with the 2 10mm nuts that secure them in place. Keep the studs in place, fit our plate and secure it with our nuts supplied on all 4 cylinders. Next remove the tank, there is a valve (where the pipes go to) Remove this, there will also be a big hose going to the airbox, remove this and fit our large bung on the airbox (where the pipe goes in) there is also a small vacuum line going to the intake rubber, remove this and fit our small bung on the intake (where the line goes in). Refit tank and you are finished. That simple!
